Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Paypal. For any additional payment options or for multiple license pricing please contact us.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We reserve the right to withdraw any items from the Web site at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling charges apply to physical products unless specified. We endeavour to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.

We ship our products internationally, although some restrictions may apply due to product type or physical restrictions.

We despatch items ordered by you as they are available using a Standard and Premium service in the UK and Airmail outside of the UK. The delivery charge is stated on your order.

Standard Service: You will receive your product in 3-5 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm Mon to Fri.

International Airmail Service: Normally within 5-7 working days and may require customer signature.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have registered. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries.

On occasion items may be lost in the post. If this occurs, you must contact us within 14 days of your order.

Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation & returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

Tax (VAT)

For all physical product orders UK VAT (20%) is charged to sales in the UK and member states of the EU Vatable area.

For digital products delivered via download VAT is charged in accordance with EU rules and is charged at your local VAT rate for all countries in the EU Vatable area.

VAT is not applied to orders from outside the UK and EU Vatable area.

We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

Payment Processing

All credit card payments are verified by Sagepay and processed by Lloyds Merchant Services. Please note that at no time are we provided with your credit card details when you purchase online.

Payment will be made by the credit or debit cards listed at the time of the sale. Payment will be debited from your account upon despatch of the goods to you.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.

We have the right to suspend any orders that we perceive as suspicious.

Guarantee – Cancellation & Returns

The Arcon Evo and 3D Architect Home Designer software come with a 7 day trial period. This allows you to trial our software before 'activating' it using the serial code provided.  We guarantee your satisfaction and offer a full no quibble guarantee during this trial period.  NOTE:  If Arcon Evo or any of the 3D Architect Home Designer software titles have been 'activated' using the serial code provided with order, then it cannot be returned and we will be unable to issue refund.  Our returns policy only applies to Arcon Evo and titles in the 3D Architect Home Designer software range. Please contact us at 3darchitect@elecosoft.com with your order/invoice number for return details and/or alternative options.

IMPORTANT: Our returns policy only applies to Arcon Evo or any of the 3D Architect Home Designer software titles. It excludes Arcon Evo rental option, non Arcon or 3D Architect branded products, add-on packs, hardware, services including training and support. Products with activated serial codes cannot be returned. Products must be returned in full packaging and in an acceptable condition. Our 7 day refund period begins from the date of your invoice. Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
