Making a Purchase

Making a purchase online is the fastest method and the most convenient option. Just choose a product from our range and click the ‘Buy Now’ button. You will be directed to the MyCommerce secure payment page where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment Options

You can pay for our products using a PayPal account, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, bank/wire transfer.

Software Licence

If you purchase one licence/copy of our software, you can install it on one machine e.g. for home. However, the person who owns the licence is also allowed to install it on a second machine e.g. for work but only the licence owner is allowed to use it on the second machine.  To enable your second activation then please email 3darchitect@arcon-cad.de with your order/invoice number.

If you require extra licence(s) for additional users then we have several options available which vary depending on intended use, number of licences required and the version you are running. Please email us at 3darchitect@arcon-cad.de for more details.

Sales Tax (VAT)

For digital products delivered via download, VAT is charged in accordance with EU rules and is charged at your local VAT rate for all countries in the EU Vatable area. Our product pages display prices with VAT included however, if you are buying from outside the UK / EU Vatable area then tax will not be applied to your order and this will be automatically adjusted in the cart.

We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

Backup Media

We no longer ship backups of our software on DVD or USB because the demand for this has decreased. If you are only able to install our software from DVD or USB then please email us at 3darchitect@arcon-cad.de

Download Delivery

We deliver downloads quickly and reliably to users anywhere in the world. By making a purchase online using a payment card or PayPal account, you will receive a ‘Share-it! Notification’ email instantly that contains your order details and download instructions. If you have not received an email, please check your Spam or Junk email folder. If you have placed an order by bank/wire transfer then it may take longer to receive your download instructions.

Guarantee – Cancellation & Returns

Arcon Evo and 3D Architect Home Designer software come with a trial period allowing you to try our software before 'activating' it using the serial code provided.  We offer a full no quibble guarantee during this trial period.  Please note that if Arcon Evo or any of the 3D Architect Home Designer software titles have been 'activated' using the serial code provided with your order, then it cannot be returned, and we will be unable to issue a refund.  Our returns policy only applies to Arcon Evo and titles in the 3D Architect Home Designer software range. It excludes non Arcon or 3D Architect branded products, add-on packs, hardware, services including training and support. Our fourteen-day refund period begins from the date of your invoice.
